Market outlook for the week 20-24July

The remark by finance secretary that the finance ministry will introduce seven bills in Parliament, including proposals for pension and banking reforms and efforts to raise the foreign investment limit in insurance companies lifted the market sentiment on Friday afternoon with hectic buying in frontline stocks. Last week we told you all that if levels of 3930-3865 is not breaked then sudden bounce back will come in markets, and you all must have watched Nifty fut making a low of 3905, and boucing back sharply to make a high of almost 4400. A massive gain of 500points one way. When everyone else was saying 3800-3600 levels, it was only us, whol told everyone to go long and told that market will bounce back sharply.

In this week starting from 20July, Nifty fut have major resistance at 4445-4490 level, for any further upside Nifty fut has to trade above this level. Once Nifty fut crosses this level and sustains above this then it can show higher levels of 4530-4580-4650. If Nifty fut maintains to close above 4695 level, then we can see this raly going on for much higher levels.
However failing to cross and sustain above the resistance levels of 4445, Nifty fut has support at 4330 level, if Nifty breaches this level and sustains below this level then we can see a change in the market sentiments and a reversal can take place which can make Nifty slide down to 4280-4210-4140 levels. Any close below 4200 levels, will open doors for nifty to go down to 4000-3900 and more lower levels in coming days.
We recommend all traders to keep a watch on nifty fut around 4470-4490 levels, if these levels are not sustained by Nifty then trend revesal can take place, Nifty will surge up only after sustainig these levels. So, these levels must be watched for any further movement in nifty. Nifty range for the week will be 4330-4490, breakout on eitherside will lead to sharp movement.
