Intraday market outlook for 22July

As we told yesterday that Nifty fut resistance is at 4510-4530, whole world watched Nifty struggling to cross these levels and failing to do so , slipped to lower levels of 4438. In our intraday market outlook for 21July, we clearly told that if Nifty fails to cross 4530 then it will slide down to 4450-4422 levels, and exactly the same happened in the markets. After making a low of 4438 and not breaching the support level of 4422, Nifty bounced back to 4498 levels. Once again we predicted the 100% accurate market view and made everyone to earn money in truckload.

On 22July, Nifty fut will face resistance at 4510-4530 levels again, for any further upmove Nifty has to trade above this levels. Once Nifty crosses these levels with good volumes we will see Nifty inching higher upto the levels of 4565-4590-4630. However if Nifty is not able to cross and sustain above these levels, then it will revert back to touch the levels of 4435-4402-4384.-4360 . One must be watchful for the level of 4510 on upside and 4435 on lowerside as these are the crucial levels for the Nifty fut. Sustaining below 4435, can change the market sentiments and markets can slide down sharply.

We recommend all traders that keep booking profits in longs,and re-enter after a correction of 70-120 points in Nifty fut. As we may see a mild correction coming in markets very soon if support level given above is breached. So, one must stay cautious with long positions and play safe with keeping in mind the resistance-support levels of the market. Nifty range for the day will be 4438-4510, breakout on eitherside will lead to sharp movement.
