On 11September, Nifty fut will face resistance at 4848 level, once it manages to cross and sustain above this level then we can see Nifty fut touching the levels of 4865-4890-4922. However one must keep in mind the lower support level of 4776, once Nifty breaches this level and sustains for some time we will see Nifty fut sliding down to 4760-4738-4720. Breaching below 4720 which will act as bullguard level, can make Nifty fut slide down further to 4680-4665-4540 levels.
We recommend all traders not to leverage positions at current levels and and wait for markets to clear its view after breaking the range 4776-4890. On lower side 4720 level and upside 4945 level is also crucial. Nifty fut sustaining above 4770-4720,can once again trigger buying in markets, below these levels bears will tighten their grip. One must keep strict stoplosses for all trades as we are about to see some sharp movement in markets. Trading without stoplosses can end up in stucking your trades with massive loss. All positions must be hedged with appropriate derivatives.
