Weekly market outlook for the week 17-21August

Last Week We clearly told to you all that, below 4444 Nifty fut we may see 4370-4350, and whole world watched that after breaking 4444,nifty future had touched a low of 4351, exactly 1 pt above our support level. On Upside we told that above 4524 It can show 4592-4628, and once again it achieved the tragets on upside also and made a reversal from higher levels as mentioned in our recomendations. For the week starting from 17August, Nifty future will face major resistance at 4645 level, once Nifty crosses and sustains above this level,then we can see it inching higher upto the levels of 4680-4730-4775. For further upside above 4775, nifty future has to sustain and close above this level, and if this happens then we can see more higher levels of 4824-4865-4893. However failing to cross the resistance levels, Nifty will revert back and on downside it will take support at 4545-4510, breaching the level of 4510 can make Nifty slide down till 4462-4444-4402 levels. Any close below 4400 level,can create the situation of panic selling and Nifty can slide down sharply to 4350-4315-4250 levels.

We recommend all traders to stay cautious once Nifty starts trading in range 4700-4775, as resistance in this range can act as reversal for Nifty in case it dont crosses the level of 4775. Every trader must try to keep booking partial profits at every rise, in order to stay with profits and stay safe in current volatile markets. One must watch the levels of 4775-4545, for all short/long positions.
