Market outlook for the week 1-5June

In Our market view for last week clearly told you all that below 4220 Nifty will take support at 4035 level, and you all must have watched Nifty crashing to 4080 levels in intraday after breaching 4220 level, and later recovered from lows. It was also told that once Nifty crossed 4290 level it will surge and exactly the same happened with Nifty,after crossing 4290 Nifty went upto 4495levels against our target of 4510. On Friday markets opened with decent gains, because of the positive global markets and positive cues from the domestic markets and it maintained its up surge for whole of the day. It gained further positive momentum on favourable GDP numbers and at last closed with good gains. For whole of the week experienced ambiguous moves in market due to F&O expiry,but at last the week ended with gains in market.

For the week starting Nifty fut will face major resistance at 4510 level,as mentioned in earlier week also. Once Nifty manages to trade above this level,then we can expect an upside till 4565-4620 levels. For any further upside market must have to close above the level of 4620 for 1-2 onsecutive days. If the same happens then we can expect upside till 4688-4725 level. But From current levels, the upside for market looks limited and market may come into correction phase anytime, with a magnitudde of 5-10% in short term and 15-30% in medium term. Hence traders must step cautiously before entering into new longs, waiting for some correction to get into fresh longs will be a wise step at this point.

On the contrary, Nifty has support at 4428-4365,breaching these levels Nifty might slide till the levels 4325-4280 levels. Any close below 4280 will lead to the targets of 4220-4190-4130-4045 level. We can see correction in markets from mid of the week.
