Market Update
Yesterday we told you all that nifty range for 14January is 2685-2791,and break out on eitherside will lead to sharp movement, and you all must have seen what happened on nifty....nifty breaked the upper range and inched higher. During market hours we gave a resitance level of 2820 on nifty fiture,and you all can see that how many timed nifty reverted back from 2819 levls. Hope you all must be slowly n slowly getting addicted to our highly accurate market view. The resistance level was breaked in the very last 30 minutes of the trade and was only 2pts higher then our resistance level.
The buying seen in the last half n hour of the trade,was just a short covering and not a value buying. So as adviced by us earlier also,one must keep booking profits in all long positions at every rise and must stay with cash to buy stocks at corrected price in coming days.

1. Canada’s iconic technology Company, Nortel Networks, filed for bankruptcy. Huge blow to Infosys and Wipro. Skype legend Morten Lund also announced bankruptcy in Denmark due to bad investments in a newspaper.
2. Economy is moving from bad to worse – European Union.
3. Germany economy contracted by 2% in the last quarter. China is now the third largest economy in the world after USA and Japan. Germany fell to 4th place due to shrinking GDP.
4. Deutsche Bank is expected to announce $6.4 billion losses in this quarter.
5. Retail sales were dropped by 2.7% in December (estimates 1.2%). That is the difference between estimates and reality. It is difficult to digest when actual number will come out. Sixth consecutive fall in retail sales in USA is due to drastic fall in consumption.
6. Bankruptcies are increased by 25% in Japan. 1,362 Japanese Companies bankrupted in Japan – most after 2nd world war. Difficult to digest.
7. Barclays bank (2,500), JLR (400) and Oracle Corporation (500 jobs) will lay off more employees.
8. Citi Bank is restructuring itself to escape from bankruptcy and is now just one third of its original size.
9. Moody downgraded credit outlook of UAE Banking system.

Dow Jones collapsed to 7,500 and AIG along with Freddie Mae and Fannie Mac were saved by American Government from bankruptcy. Republican Party miserably lost in American elections.
Why am I writing about all this?
Many investors blindly believe in the predictions by analysts or experts like Rakesh Jhunjhunwala and statements by PM and FM. They take their investment decisions just basing on their advice without doing proper research on the Company and economy. Investors overreacted in October due to panic and Sensex crashed to 7,800 levels and then recovered to 10,300 by the end of December. Meanwhile, economy deteriorated further in November-December and hopes of mid-2009 recovery were permanently evaporated. Sensex moved in exactly opposite direction to economy (Just as it did in November-December, 2007 after US Subprime crisis). Will it crash once again? 7,800 levels are unreasonable levels when you compare with economic situation in October, 2008 but they will be reasonable levels for BSE Sensex in February, 2009 and those levels may become expensive ones if you think in the context of forward valuations in February, 2009.

Weekly market view for 12-16January

Nifty view for the week 5-9January
Nifty future as analysed by us in the weekly view of 29Decmber-2January, did not break our support level of 2810, it touched a low of 2813, and then reverted back to see upside resistance levels given by us. In the earlier week nifty view we told you all that nifty can spurt abv 2980 and the same happened,and nifty saw a high of 3092. Now in this week, on monday, nifty is having strong global cues and stimulus package announcement by government, so we will see a strong positive show on nifty future on monday, this positive upside will face resistance at the levels 3115-3156.
If nifty manages to close above the level of 3148,then we can see the upside rally going for few more days,and till the levels of 3225+. However if nifty goes in the hands of sellers and closes below 3065 mark,then we can see more downside on nifty till 2980-2910 levels. On monday one can see nifty in the range 3065-3148,breakout on eitherside can lead to sharp movement on nifty on monday.

Update for the week ended 29December-2January

Nifty update for 30December
As we told yesterday, nifty faced resistance crossing the level of 2993 in the morning,and reverted back to touch an intraday low of 2903, but in later half the buying pressure made it to spurt abv the level of 3000 and it made an high of 3112. In the current scenario,nifty has good support at 2902 level,and resistance at 3015-3050. If these levels are crossed one can see nifty rising upto 3093-3145,but again the rise will be followed by a selling pressure in second-third week of january,so one must keep booking profits at every rise abv 3050 level.

Nifty View for the week 22-26December
As we have seen in last few days that the market is witnessing buying interest,but to aware you all, the buying coming is not looking worthwhile. In the current scenario,the indians markets are outperforming all the global markets that is because interest rate sensitive banking,realty&auto stocks led the rally, and also a sharp fall in inflation raised the chances of interest rate cuts in coming weeks. The upside was catalysed by the reports that the government is working on a second stimulus package of about $9 billion for the current fiscal year to the end of March 2009,to lift economic growth and to curb the effect of global meltdown.
In the coming days Nifty will face resistance at 3115-3150 levels,if the nifty crosses these levels and manages to stay above these levels then only we can see the uprise in market in coming days. However if these levels are not crossed,or not sustained then we can see steep downside in market.
We recommend all the members to book profits at every rise above 3100 level,as we can witness the downside in markets.

Nifty view for 8-12December
The current scenario gives a glimpse of worldwide meltdown share markets. All global markets are facing downtrend,but this downtrend can be taken as an golden opportunity to earn unlimited profits in coming time. As the probability of getting upside in medium-long term increases with every downside from now. We can expect an upside of 30-40% in year or even less than this. Nice Story
A little boy went into a drug store, reached for a soda carton and pulled it over to the telephone. He climbed onto the carton so that he could reach the buttons on the phone and proceeded to punch in seven digits (phone numbers).
The store-owner observed and listened to the conversation:
Boy: "Lady, Can you give me the job of cutting your lawn? Woman: (at the other end of the phone line): "I already have someone to cut my lawn."
Boy: "Lady, I will cut your lawn for half the price of the person who cuts your lawn now."
Woman: I'm very satisfied with the person who is presently cutting my lawn.
Boy: (with more perseverance) : "Lady, I'll even sweepyour curb and your sidewalk, so on Sunday you willhave the prettiest lawn in all of Palm beach , Florida.."
Woman: No, thank you.
With a smile on his face, the little boy replaced the receiver. The store-owner, who was listening to all this, walked over to the boy.
Store Owner: "Son... I like your attitude; I like that positive spirit and would like to offer you a job."

Store Owner: But you were really pleading for one.Boy: No Sir, I was just checking my performance at thejob I already have. I am the one who is working for that lady I was talking to!"

Today in market hours we told the nifty range 2580-2625,and nifty traded for hours in this range and as nifty breked the upside range,it spurted to touch an intraday high of 2664. On lower side nifty touched the level 2565,exactly the support level told by us on sunday in our weekly market view.

Nifty View for 1-5December
First of all I salute all the martyrs who have sacrificed their life to bring smile on the faces of the countrymen & hostages. I honestly pray for our brothers and sisters who died in Mumbai Terrorist attacks. Appeals all to keep up the patriotic spirit and stay united to show our strength- Jai Hind
Analysing the effect of this terrorist activity in mumbai & at first instance its effect appears that FIIs won't put money in Indian markets very easily now and the same will occur despite of good economic performance of India and results of the companies,this will make market perform not upto the mark and thus it can again bring disappointments to the investors in coming time.
For this week, Nifty is having support at 2630 (as told in earlier week also),if this support level is not breached then nifty will head higher,however if this level is breached then we can see nifty going down to 2540-2470 level.In current market,nifty is having intermediate support at 2705 level,and resistance at 2790 level. If 2790 levels is crossed and sustained then we can see upside in nifty till 2830-2865-2910 levels. Once Nifty crosses 2900+ level,then we can see some positive bias coming in markets,higher levels of 3100 can be seen. Nifty range for this week will be 2630-2910,breakout on eitherside will be decide the nifty trend.
Due to the current political scenario,the market trend will be highly volatile,and with ambiguous moves,so trading must be done with strict stoplosses and with extra cautious. Leveraging positions in current market is not recommended,and hedging is adviced against every trade done. One should keep booking profits,to be on safe side.

Nifty view for 24-28November
In the last week, we saw Nifty respecting the level of 2470 on downside, and as the level was not breached we saw short covering coming in from down side and nifty spurted back to 2700+ levels. In the present market the upside is due to the short covering only,no authentic buying is there in market. In the current upside,if nifty sustains the level of 2630 then we can see nifty going upto 2770-2830 levels. However the upside shouldnt be taken as bullish trend untill nifty closes abv 2900 levels. Every uprise in current market must be taken as an exit opportunity for long positions,as Cash is King!!!!
Nifty if this time,breaks the level of 2540 on downside,then we can see new nifty touching october lows and even down than that. Due to F&O expiry this week,the market trend will be highly volatile,so trading must be done with extra caution. Nifty range for this week will be 2540-2880,breakout on either side will lead to sharp movement. Leveraging positions at higher levels is not recomended.
For FOREX traders,we can see Dollar touching an higher level of 50+,if it sustains abv 48 level,below this we can see 45- levels. Gold traders are advised not to leverage positions in gold,we can see downside in gold in coming days. Support for gold is at 11800.

We are recommending not to stay long since 3200 levels and now nifty trading 700 points down from that level,those who followed us and shorted,today sitting at mountains of money.
When everyone was bullish at 2700+ levels,and everyone was saying that nifty will head towards 3000, only we told that you all not to stay long and gave the target of 2470 for nifty. Today Nifty touched 2502,our target almost hit.

Nifty view for 17-21November
As told you all earlier last week,that market uptrend was a bull trap and all those who made long positions were trapped badly. And nifty crashed from 3160 to 2778 last week,almost 400 point on nifty.
In current scenario,nifty is having major support at 2740-2680,if nifty breaks these levels we can see more downside with panic selling. So this level must be watched for all long positions. However if nifty doesnot breaches 2680,then we can see a pullback on nifty again.
Below 2680 level,if nifty sustained then we can see nifty making new lows in coming days. Nifty view for 10-14November

In current scnario market have major cupports at 2860 level,so one must look for this level for any trade on long or short side. Nifty view for 3-7November
RBI has cut its CRR, Repo Rates and SLR,so we can expect a gap up opening on monday, the first res. level for nifty will be 3030 level,if this level is crossed and sustained then we can expect an upside in market till 3170-3210-3350+.
But the upside will be followed by profit booking, so one must stay cautious in trading and must not leverage positions as now 2860-2470 are two support levels on downside,if these are breaked then downside will be sharp.
