Market view for the week 11-15August

As told earlier the current rally going on in market is a bear rally,and this rally can trap the retail investors in market. However if the resistance levels in near term are crossed,we can see some more upside and if these are crossed and market reverted back,then keep watch on support levels given here. In the current scenario the support-resitance for nifty are-

Resistance- 4630-4655-4710-4750-4805
Support- 4593-4530-4497-4460-4430-4375

In the current market Bank & sugar sectors are overbought so,trade in these sectors with high caution. Dont leverage positions in this market,stay light and try to book profits at every rise as we may see heavy downside anytime in the market!!

Market view for this week 7-11July

Market is very likely to behave in rangebound manner.The current upside movement of market cannot be taken as a bull run,we are still not in safe zone and market is still weak so downside movement of the market cannot be ruled out. We can see selling pressure on monday/tuesday!! So stay cautious and dont leverage positions,only keep accumulating bluechips partially for making profits.
If on the lower side 3830 level is breached we can see 3760-3720-3690-3640 levels in coming days.On the other hand on upside if 4090 is crossed then the major resistance is at 4130 levels above which we can see 4200 levels.

Market view

Current week(15-21 June) brought Indian stock market to its year low and all this because of domestic reasons,other than global reasons. In this week Sensex lost 4% and the Nifty lost 3.7%. Inflation is at 13 year high @11.05,in which major role was played by petroleum price hike.
In current scenario people must avoid trading in banking, real estate and infrastructure stocks because RBI will go for some hard actions for the banks in form of CRR hike and thus decreasing the financial liquidity.
Now the crucial supports for Nifty are 4300-4260-4240-4200-4190 and for sensex 14300-13800. Below 4190 the major support is at 4040 level.
We can expect a short term bounce back from the range 4240-4200,but every bounce back will be an exit opportunity for the trader/investor,these highs must not be used for leveraging purpose. Stay with cash and keep investing 20-25% of your total investment at every steep downfall.Keep the rest 75% as cash.
In Current scenario short term traders are adviced to stay away from market,only traders having risk paetite and long term investors can stay in market. Overtrading and trading in F&O segment must be avoided.
